Plates Pickup is available on the date shown on the order you chose. Pick up location is shown in your delivery method choice, just tell us what pick up time works for you between 12-5pm so we can schedule you in :) Delivery speed ​ STANDARD: 2-3 business days EXPRESS: 1-2 business days from shipped date. Shipping speed can vary during holiday periods and weather conditions. For meal care packages your order is prepared fresh and shipped at the starting of the week for faster shipping. So if you order on a Wednesday, your meal will be prepped on the next Sunday for a Monday shipment. All other non food items have a shorter fullfilment time. Free shipping on all orders over $150 usd ​ International Shipping ​ We currently only ship in the US ​
